Studio Policies

• Session fees are due at the time of the portrait session with Sundays and Holidays require $25 to $50 additional fee.
• Due to the nature of our business, no refunds on portrait sessions.
• Consultations, sessions, and order placement are by appointment only, so that we may spend the time necessary for ordering and to answer all questions.
• Previews come to you on a album cd for viewing on your computer. No original proofs are made from your session.
• Additional album cd's may be ordered for $25 each with discounts for ten or more.
• Business portraits come to you with Low/Res files on a album cd along with a copyright release form.
• 50% deposit is due at the time of your order, with balance due 30 days from the time of notification. 3% interest charge after 60 days unless prior arrangements have been made.
• Orders will be ready for delivery two-four weeks depending on finish, Additional rime is required during holidays.
• We accept cash, checks, Visa MasterCard, Discover with all our orders. Add $20 for returned checks
• Prices do not include 6% sales tax or shipping, and prices are subject to change without notice.
• Computer retouching, which can make the perfect print (swap heads, add someone to an image, remove braces, or soften face lines), available by quote only. This is a one time cost per pose in addition to a regular order.
• *Signature and Canvas portraits include minimal retouching and spray for durability and strength.
• We do travel out of the Boise area and out of state. let us give you a quote.
• Negatives and digital images remain the property of Zuercher Photography unless purchased by the client. Let us give you a quote!
• Notice of Copyright. Copyright laws protect all photographs taken and produced by Zuercher Photography. Anyone who shall infringe on these laws will be prosecuted.
